Method 1. Transfer Photos Using iCloud
This official method automatically syncs your photos across devices via the cloud.
Step 1: Enable iCloud Photos on iPhone
On your iPhone, go to Settings > Apple ID [your name] > iCloud > Photos > Enable iCloud Photos. This will upload your photos to iCloud.
Step 2: Download iCloud for Windows (PC)
Download and install the iCloud for Windows app from the official Apple website on your PC.
Step 3: Sign into iCloud on PC & Select iCloud Photos to Sync
Open the iCloud for Windows app on your PC and sign in with your Apple ID > In the iCloud for Windows app, check the box next to Photos.
Step 4: Access Photos on PC
Once the syncing is complete, you’ll find an iCloud Photos folder in File Explorer.
Tip: iCloud only provides 5GB of free storage. For large photo libraries, you may need to purchase additional storage.
