Check Family Sharing settings

First thing first, to make sure Family Sharing work well, you need to check your Family Sharing settings. The Apple ID you’re using for Family Sharing and Media & Purchases should be the same. If needed, you may need to ask your family members to check their settings, too.

Step 1. Go to the Settings app > Tap [your name] > Choose Family Sharing > [your name] > Make a note of which Apple ID is listed. You’ll need to use this Apple ID to sign in later.

Step 2. Tap Back to go back to Family Sharing > Tap your Apple ID > Media & Purchases > Choose View Account > Check or sign in the same Apple ID you’re using for Family Sharing.

If Apple Music Family Sharing is still not working, You can try to refresh the Family Sharing service by signing out your Apple ID and signing in later to troubleshoot the issue.

Launch the Settings app > Tap [your name] > Scroll down and tap Sign Out to sign out your account. Wait for a couple of minutes, and sign in with your account again.
