Part 1. Fixes to WhatsApp not transfer to new iPhone

Ensure iCloud Drive and WhatsApp are enabled

Ideally, the in-app WhatsApp backup feature backup WhatsApp to iCloud on iPhone, and when you restore iCloud backup to new iPhone, WhatsApp chats can be transferred to new iPhone.
